Sometimes the most meaningful moments in a day come on four legs. At Brookridge Cove, residents recently welcomed a special visitor — Rocky, a friendly dog who has quickly become a favorite companion. His visits may seem simple from the outside, but for many elders, they create powerful emotional connections that bring comfort, memories, and joy. Because in long-term care, healing isn’t only physical. It’s emotional, too.
At Brookridge Cove Rehabilitation and Care Center, comfort often comes from the simplest, most familiar moments—those that remind us of home. Nestled within a residential community, Brookridge Cove was designed to feel less like a facility and more like a neighborhood. One unique feature that helps bring that feeling to life is the chicken coop located in the “backyard” of our community.
Brookridge Cove Rehabilitation and Care Center is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a 2025 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This national distinction honors long-term care and senior living providers that demonstrate a strong foundation for delivering quality care.
